Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster, pizza stone, or any of the many Gourmet BBQ System inserts (sold separately) to choose from. The hinged grate makes it easy to add charcoal while grilling.

The One-Touch™ cleaning system provides hassle-free cleanup of charcoal ash and debris by swiping it into a high-capacity, removable ash catcher.

Tuck-Away Lid Holder

Conveniently slide the lid over to the side of the grill, and tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while grilling.

The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temps.
